Perry Design LLC was founded by Josh Perry in 2018. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor based in Bellingham, Washington, serving Whatcom County and the surrounding Pacific Northwest.
Our work started focused on ADU construction, and over the years we've expanded to include full house builds and renovations. Every project — whether a compact accessory dwelling or a complete family home — receives the same careful attention to detail, efficiency, and durability.
We believe that great design should be accessible to everyone. Our mission is to create small homes that are beautiful, distinctive, and joyfully efficient — built to function well for 100+ years at the lowest possible cost.
